Here ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our custom gourmet gift boxes are curated by the sender with your recipient's flavor palette in mind. This means that we can only bake a select number of orders per day, as we bake fresh upon your order being placed. Once your order has been baked it is shipped the same day with a delivery of 1 to 3 days depending on the geographical location of the delivery address. All orders are baked within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. This is why you may see a product as showing out of inventory as the amount offered may have already been purchased for that day. We would recommend that you try ordering a different product box or check back the next day as the inventory restores daily.  

We offer custom curated choices, so this means that no two boxes are the same. You will be able to make your flavor selections at check out as there is a box offered for the sender to include a message to their recipient along with the flavor selections. Each product page will have the flavors listed. It is important that before you get to the check out screen you make a note of the flavors you are looking to select based on the product you are purchasing. There is a limited number of characters for this box. If the message to your recipient is long and you don’t wish to utilize this space for your flavor selections you may feel free to email over your selections to Shannasugarshack@gmail.com. We just ask that you include the order number in the subject line after your purchase is completed. 

 Yes you can, there is an option for same day bake and ship for an additional $19.95 on each product page. This is in addition to the shipping cost. This order would need to take place before 12 PM MST in order for us to properly prepare and ship same day for your recipient to receive within 1 to 3 days depending on geographical location of the delivery address. Any orders placed after 12 PM MST or on a Sunday that have same day bake and ship selected would be baked and shipped the following business day.
